🚫 What Health and Wellness Coaching Is Not

While coaching is powerful, it’s also clearly defined. Health Coaching is not:

❌ A space for judgment, shame, or unrealistic expectations

❌ Diagnosis, treating, or advising on medical conditions

❌ Replacing therapy, counseling, or licensed mental health care

❌ Focused on quick fixes, one-size-fits-all meal plan, or rigid diets/rules

❌ A directive approach where the coach tells you what to do, and not honoring your voice and your pace
