Come As You Are
Scripture encourages us in Matthew 11:28-30 that Jesus invites the weary and burdened: “Come to me, and I will give you rest.”
Lasting wellness originates with Him. It’s not in doing more, eating less, reviewing your to-do-list, or working harder, but humbling yourself before God with your exhaustion, overwhelmed heart, and scattered mind.
Today, allow His invitation to redefine your path towards better health and overall well-being. You don’t have to be perfect before approaching Him or come to Him once you’ve figured it out. He says, come as you are —With the fatigue and the full schedule.
Most importantly, you no longer need to bear that burden. Make rest your first step toward wellness.
Reflect: What would it look like to meet God amid your busy day?
Live well, with grace
